How to check on an order:

What shipping carriers are used?

Party Cebuana ships most packages via LBC or JRS Express.

How are shipping charges calculated?

We do have free delivery on all orders within the Philippines.

When will my order arrive?

Usually, for orders within Central Cebu, it would take 2-4 business days to arrive while the rest of the location within PH would take 3-7 business days.

Standard Shipping:

  • For standard shipping, please allow a maximum of 7 to 10 calendar days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at partycebuana@gmail.com to prioritize delivery.

What if an item is not in stock?

Party Cebuana values the importance of your approaching event. We take extensive pains to ensure that all items featured on our site are in stock at all times and ready to ship. Occasionally, demand may exceed supply or a manufacturer delay may occur. In those situations, we make every effort to contact you via email or phone. Please make sure the contact information you provide is both accurate and the best way to reach you.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Party Cebuana takes your party very seriously! As such, great effort is made to ensure your order is packed safely and accurately. If you feel there is a problem with the order you received, you must report it within 3 days of delivery. Please be sure to adhere to this reporting policy, as we, unfortunately, cannot investigate a delayed report. In case of damage, all merchandise, boxes and packaging materials must be preserved in their condition of arrival for proper inspection. Digital photos will be required to make a claim.

Why do I have to provide my email address?

Your email address is necessary to identify you and communicate with you about the processing of your order.

Do you give out my email address to other companies?

No. We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your email address to any company. We may contact you with special offers and discounts. Of course, you may opt out of these promotional emails by updating your preferences within any promotional email you receive.
